Shipping Policy

Processing & Production

All Pupwell orders are pre-orders. Your Burger Ball Pit enters production once your order is confirmed. Current production and delivery time is 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering. Once your Burger Ball Pit ships, a second email with your tracking number will be sent to the same address. Please allow 3-5 business days after the shipping notification for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage in transit.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
