Return Policy
Pre-Order Cancellations
Because every Burger Ball Pit is produced to order, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order has entered production and all sales are final.
To cancel within the window, email us with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order."
Defective or Damaged Items
Every order is covered by our 30-day warranty. If your Burger Ball Pit arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not be asked to ship the item back in most defect cases.
What Isn't Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear from use, damage caused by chewing or destruction beyond intended play, improper washing, or dissatisfaction with color or size that was accurately represented on the product page.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind after the 12-hour cancellation window has closed. This is a made-to-order product and we cannot resell returned units.
